The earliest dry onion variety in the Adana region comes in the beginning of April. This variety does not have many outer leaves, it is white to light brown in color. Inside is white, this variety is not suitable for storage. Winter onion has many leaves of brown color, the inside is pinkish-white. It is a very durable variety and can be stored.
