Türkiye ranks second in cucumber production. It is mostly produced in plants or greenhouses in the Mediterranean Region of Turkey. It is distinctive because it is smaller in size. Normally cucumbers are about 16 cm long. It has a special place in the ranking of vegetables due to its juicy, delicious and low-calorie content. The production of long and spotty cucumbers increased rapidly.
