Türkiye is the world's largest cherry producer. The main production and export variety is Ziraat 0900. The color of the cherries is dark red and has a smooth and shiny skin that is resistant to cracking. Its fruits are long-stalked, single-seeded, very juicy and sweet, with a red interior.
